Valedo has two customer roles. You assign them in Microsoft Entra admin center → Enterprise applications → Valedo → Users and groups. Assigning groups is easier to maintain than assigning people one by one. The two Valedo roles: User and Admin. Valedo.Admin includes all Valedo.User permissions. Everyone else in your organisation still gets signatures in Outlook. A role only controls access to the Admin Portal. Every change in the Admin Portal is recorded in the audit log with who made it and when.
