# Valedo documentation

> Central Outlook email signatures for Microsoft 365, set by rules.

Valedo keeps Outlook email signatures consistent across an organisation. Administrators define named templates and rules (groups, directory attributes, date ranges, sender mailbox, compose context). When someone writes a message, Outlook asks Valedo for the right signature and inserts it.

Pick the manual for your role. Each one is written for its own readers and does not assume you have read the others.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Valedo is in development. The manuals describe the planned product and label features that are not available yet. The product blueprint, with decisions, open assumptions and the delivery plan, is `README.md` at the repository root; these pages hold procedures and reference tables and link to it instead of repeating it.
